FAQ Shipping at OMLpatches.com

How long does it take Omlpatches.com to ship out my order?

At OMLpatches.com, we try and do things quickly.  Even though we are not pulling patches off of a shelf, our standard processing time is 1-3 business working days (compared to other custom companies that take 3-6 weeks or more to process your order), officially we do allow up to 7-10 business days to process your order.  Occasionally your order may take a few days longer, but generally 98% of our orders ship in 1-4 days.  We work weekends and holidays too, so that helps get things out faster.  Custom designed orders normally take longer than our regular custom patches, but you have to approve the design before we can start stitching your order - so the faster you get back to us with your approval, the faster we can get your patches completed.  If you have not heard from us, then please check your spam folder!!

SHIPPING TIMES:  WE SHIP USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL WITH A TRACKING NUMBER.  You can track each and every order!  You will be emailed your tracking number, and your tracking number will appear on your order if you have an account with us.

Do you offer free shipping?

YES, we offer free shipping on orders over $100, free regular USPS First class Mail with a tracking number.  Stock up on custom patches and get free shipping!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

All orders are custom made to your specifications.  We do not stock any patches.  processing of orders can usually be done withing 24 to 48 hours.  In some cases processing can take up to 7 business days to complete.  Digitizing and stitching of custom or larger orders can take longer.  The way to avoid lengthy delays is to keep up the communication for your design.
