How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
1. Please fill out the returns form in "your account" to request a refund for authorization
2. Once authorized, you can return the items to: 152 Baldoon Road, Chatham, Ontario Canada, N7L 1E1
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Some items can not be returned if they are custom designed.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Most patches are custom patches and all patches are made to order, even the stock patches. Therefore please allow 7-10 business days from the date of the order to the shipment date. We do our best to keep turn around times shorter (within 5 days on average). Please be patient, we will get your order out as soon as we can.
IF YOU WANT A TRACKING NUMBER WITH YOUR ORDER, PLEASE CHOOSE EXPEDITED SHIPPING TO USA AND I WILL SHIP YOUR PARCEL WITH A TRACKING NUMBER. ITS THE ACTUAL COST OF THE SHIPPING AND WE CAN PROVIDE YOU WITH A TRACKING NUMBER. If you don't chose this option, then your order will be shipped first class mail with regular mail timelines. The post offices CAN be slow at times, but most often they are relatively efficient.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. International destinations will take longer to arrive and will NOT have tracking numbers.
Estimated shipping times will vary, it can take from 5-10 business days for your patches to be produced and then shipped although we try to keep the turn around times shorter, and the arrival date depends on the post offices. Most orders contain patches that i have to specifially make for you (take into consideration the different thread colors that you can choose from) and it takes time to put this all together. Please be patient, the team works hard to make sure that your order is exactly what you requested, and most people appreciate having all the different choices available. It means that i can't have stock on hand for most patches, and they have to be made when ordered. Please be patient, your order will arrive in a timely manner.
Shipping to APO's
Overseas orders: shipping to APO boxes is NOT guaranteed in any way.
I suggest sending your patches to your billing address and then have them ship them to you. It seems to be faster that way.
There are no tracking numbers available and we can't put insurance on any order going to an APO box. The post offices offer nothing to help. I try and get your orders out FAST so they can get to you, but i cannot offer any guarantee as to the time of the order's arrival. it is not unheard of that orders can take up to two months to arrive over there once it leaves here. Most orders do arrive within 3 weeks, and i hope the post offices can keep fast service. I do my absolute BEST on my end and use every resource available to get them to you in the war zone.
