Returns Policy

If there are any isues with the patches, please contact me and arrange a return and/or replacement for those patches.

REFUNDS:

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).  REFUNDS ARE NOT ISSUED FOR CUSTOM ORDERS, CUSTOM NAMETAPES and ID patches, etc.  These are custom patches that i have made specifically for you and cannot be refunded.


Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.  International destinations will take longer to arrive and will NOT have tracking numbers.    Estimated shipping times will vary, right now it will take under 10 days for your patches to be produced and then shipped.  Most orders contain patches that i have to specifially make for you (take into consideration the different thread colors that you can choose from) and it takes time to put this all together.  Please be patient, i work hard to make sure that your order is exactly what you requested, and most people appreciate having all the different choices available.  It means that i can't have stock on hand for most patches, and they have to be made when ordered. 

PLEASE NOTE:   we are unable to provide tracking numbers for international shipments.  If you require a tracking number for international shipments, please contact me first and we can arrange the shipment via another carrier.  Otherwise,  Please be patient, your order will get there!!
